2013 Mercedes A 250 AMG Sport Review Details
The new, top engine variant with 1991 cc is available as the A 250 BlueEFFICIENCY or A 250 Sport. In both cases the engine develops 155 kW (211 hp) and a maximum torque of 350 Nm from 1200 to 4000 rpm. Performance is at sports car level, with acceleration from zero to 100 kmh in 6.6 seconds and a top speed of 240 kmh. Nonetheless it has the best fuel consumption in this class at 6.1 l100 km, and CO2 emissions of 143 gkm (A 250 BlueEFFICIENCY). Standing as much as 160 millimetres lower on the road than the preceding model, the new A-Class communicates design and dynamism at the very first glance. This radical form language, presented and enthusiastically acclaimed around the world with the Concept A-CLASS, was consistently implemented in the series production car. The appearance of the new A-Class reflects this new Mercedes-Benz design strategy. The result is what is known as a two-box design with a distinct character of its own, a sportily emotive exterior and an exceptionally high-quality feel to the interior. The A-Class is a five-seater model. The rears seats provide room for three passengers, despite looking like two individual seats with their sporty design. The boot volume is 341 litres, based on the VDA standard. If the rear seat backrests are folded down, its capacity jumps to 1157 litres. In all models the seat backrests feature a 60:40 split can be folded forward individually. The width of the luggage compartment between the wheel housings is 1050 mm. The <b>…<b>

Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet review – CarBuyer
Full review: www.carbuyer.co.uk Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet is not just stylish and comfortable — its one of the few four-seat drop-tops thats as comfortable to drive with the roof down as it is with it closed. Thank the innovative Aircap for that. Its a cleverly designed wind deflector that keeps draughts at bay in the E-Class Cabriolets cabin. Mercedes-Benz bucked the growing trend for folding hardtops and instead used a more traditional fabric roof. That has some advantages, not least that the boot can offer more space with the roof stowed. Seven engines and two trim levels give buyers plenty of choice, including diesel options – the E-Class Cabriolet is the first open-topped Mercedes-Benz to be offered with diesel engines. Full review: www.carbuyer.co.uk The latest generation of the Mercedes M-Class was introduced in late 2011 as Mercedes lifted its game against rivals that have emerged in the decade since it spawned this segment: the Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne and BMW X5. The M-Class is nearly four-metres long and has a massive load area, regardless of which of model you choose. The ML 250 starts the range with a 202bhp 2.1-litre four-cylinder turbodiesel, then theres the volume-selling ML 350 with its 255bhp V6 turbodiesel.
